Services

NexGen provides behind-the-wheel instruction and related educational resources. Website content is for general information only and is not a substitute for Texas DPS rules, official handbooks, or professional legal advice. Requirements can change — verify details with DPS.

Bookings & payments

Lesson packages, prices, and availability are shown on the site and may change. Booking requests are confirmed when we accept them. Cancellation and reschedule policies will be shared when you schedule; ask us if anything is unclear before paying.

Student conduct

Students must follow instructor directions, traffic laws, and safety rules. We may end a lesson early if unsafe behavior continues. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors under their care.

Text, branding, and media on this site belong to NexGen or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without permission. Third-party links (including DPS and course providers) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NexGen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use. Driving involves inherent risk; instruction does not guarantee a passed road test or accident-free driving.
